官方仓库。 本包唯一的官方仓库，由 PerryLink 维护。其他账号下的同名仓库与本项目无关。Apache-2.0。

状态：KEEP —— 仅安装用的配套插件。 它不是 dsh-plugin-doctor 的重复品：它回答「装了什么、tarball 里有什么、安装为什么失败？」，靠的是只读能力快照、tarball 断言和安装日志诊断。dsh-plugin-doctor 负责包结构、cordis 和沙箱冒烟检查。两个问题都需要答案时，两个都用。

安装

安装并验证：

dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-policy-ledger
dsh --profile <profile> --dump-config | grep dsh-policy-ledger

卸载：

dsh plugin --profile <profile> remove dsh-policy-ledger

安装渠道

推荐用 npm 渠道；其他渠道用于锁定版本或离线使用。

功能

只读安装诊断器：能力快照、tarball 校验、安装诊断。在 DeepSeek Harness 本地运行。下表就是完整的工具面，示例用的也是真实命令面。

输入输出都留在本地，不上传任何内容。

限制

- 仅限公开/合成数据；不含客户数据或客户证据。
- Alpha/部分完成，不计入统计，不声称 GA 或生产就绪。
- 除非工具明确说明，否则不调用模型、不发起网络请求。
- 每个工具的确切边界见上表和 ACCEPTANCE.csv。

公开样例

公开/合成 fixture 放在 fixtures/；ACCEPTANCE.csv 记录公开检查项，标记为 counted=false。
