本项目是基于 Hermes Harness 源架构综合编写的双语架构总览指南（纯文档仓库）。以源仓库 core/core.md 与 specs/ 为事实依据，讲解 Harness 的职责定位、事件驱动控制循环、权威边界、五阶段任务生命周期，以及 Agent OS 五件套（规划 Loop、运行内核、Worker 协议、任务图调度、可观测性）之间的依赖关系。不包含任何源码。

This repository is a bilingual architecture overview guide synthesized from the Hermes Harness source architecture (pure documentation). Grounded in the source core/core.md and specs/, it explains the harness positioning, the event-driven control loop, authority boundaries, the five-phase task lifecycle, and the dependency relationships among the Agent OS five components (planning loop, runtime kernel, worker protocol, task-graph scheduler, observability). No source code is included.

功能 / Features

- 控制循环：事件驱动状态机，无事件不空转；受监督模式在派发前插入可检查的暂停点
Control loop: event-driven state machine; supervised mode inserts an inspectable pause before dispatch
- 权威边界：Markdown 唯一事实源，机器镜像与运行账本永不反向覆盖权威
Authority boundaries: Markdown as single source of truth; generated mirrors never overwrite authority
- 五阶段生命周期：理解 → 合同 → 路由 → 执行 → 收尾，全程有界（两次执行、一次修正）
Five-phase lifecycle: understanding → contract → routing → execution → closure, always bounded (two runs, one fix)
- Agent OS 五件套关系：规划 Loop、运行内核、Worker 协议、任务图调度与可观测性的依赖图谱
Agent OS five components: dependency map of planning loop, runtime kernel, worker protocol, task-graph scheduler and observability
- 双语：中文与英文对照编写，可直接阅读，无运行依赖
Bilingual: Chinese and English side by side; readable as-is, no runtime dependencies
