Schema 身份协商原语：HermesSchemaNegotiator.psm1 以 schema_id|version|sha256 三元组为身份键做精确匹配与稳定读取；本仓库随附 schema_registry 的 registry.json 索引、registry.schema.json 以及 v0.2 全部 10 个契约 schema。

Schema identity negotiation primitives: HermesSchemaNegotiator.psm1 uses schema_id|version|sha256 triples as identity keys for exact matching and stable reads. This repository bundles the schema_registry registry.json index, registry.schema.json, and all ten v0.2 contract schemas.
